Livicon d.o.o. complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
Personal data collection
Visitors may visit our website without disclosing their personal data. This means that we do not collect data on visitors, except where visitors send their personal data voluntarily to our official e-mail address for contact purposes or so that we can send a quotation. The same applies to sending a job application and CV. Sending such data will constitute a tacit consent for personal data collection and processing. The collected data will not be made available to unauthorised third parties in any manner whatsoever, except for purposes required by law. All data will be deleted once they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were sent or collected. Livicon d.o.o. collects only the minimum data for which no processing purpose can be explained.
Managing consent
A consent is a voluntary, informed and unambiguous indication of the client’s and our employees’ wishes whereby they consent to the processing of their personal data by a clear affirmative act. Consents are kept. A consent may be withdrawn at any moment.
Rights under the GDPR
Every data subject has the following rights guaranteed under the GDPR:
- right of access
- right to be informed about the processing of personal data
- right to data portability
- right to withdraw consent
- right to object
- right to correct and change personal data if the data are incomplete or inaccurate
- right to erasure in cases such as expiry of the processing purpose, withdrawal of the consent or a complaint

Duration of the retention and processing of personal data
In individual cases, Livicon d.o.o. is obliged to retain personal data in the period prescribed by the relevant laws and regulations for individual purposes. If data retention is not defined by law, data retention is restricted by the purpose for which the data were gathered. Personal data erasure is performed upon the expiry of the period within which Livicon d.o.o. is required by law to retain certain personal data or, as mentioned earlier, upon the expiry of the purpose of processing of such data, the data are erased.
Technical and organisational measures
Within our organisation and according to the risks estimated for personal data, we have established a series of technical and organisational measures for personal data protection. Those measures are connected with the protection of office document and computers,anti-virus policy, data destruction, rules of conduct for employees, contractual relationship with our external service providers, periodic audits of the personal data management protection system and numerous other measures.
