LIVICON d.o.o. Our limited liability company was established in Prelog, in a small city in Medimurje in 2006, 15 km away from the Hungarian-Croatian border, and 30 km from Slovenian border.

Our main activities are the following: real estate brokerage and sales of new and second hand commercial and holiday estates.
As our co-worker and fellow-owner is a Hungarian citizen, we concentrate on the Hungarian market, but we are competitive and are ready to fulfil the market needs of other countries. 

Our office would like to offer a complete range of financial, economic and legal services for the real estate buyers and investor in Croatia. We strongly advice our Clients to commission an expert to handle all the financial, economic and taxation questions related to the houses, holiday estates, apartments, apartment hotels and hotels they plan to buy or have already bought, a well as to the companies to be registered or already operating enterprises in Croatia.
