Our activity in connection with setting up a corporation includes the following services:

• Drafting the Deed of Association, setting the scope of business activities together
• Notary fees, dues, paying of publicity expenses  
• Certified translation of the Deed of Association
• Administration of tax and social security registration
• Opening a deposit account to pay the registered capital in the bank selected by the Client  
• Opening of the company's bank account in the bank selected by the Client
• Administration of the obligatory registration to the Croatian National Bank
• 1 piece of stamp  
• Interpretation in relation to the administration of setting up a corporation  

If the Client does not have headquarters, or registered offices in Croatia, we make it possible to register our office as headquarters.

In that case we can offer besides the headquarters, also office and secretarial services!
